YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales support | You are in close connection with our external sales team as a first line contact to our B2B customers, with focus on our direct selling partners. 

Technical support | You are part of creating the right proposal for a project, offer product assistance and provide technical support.

Project support | Close follow up for the projects you are working on from quotation up to project completion. 

Commercial and administrative excellence hand in hand | Administrative tasks related to project registration and follow up are an important base and need to be managed in an effective way but always in a good balance with the commercial capabilities. 
You will be involved in different commercial activities such as small events with our partners, visits from B2B customers with architects and showroom visits on a regular base.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Team-player mentality. Good commercial skills, as you will be dealing directly with partners, installers, architects etc. 
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, and an above average knowledge of German. 
  • Experience in lighting is a plus; interest in technology is a must. 
  • Proactiveness when it comes to project follow-up, internal coordination etc. 
  • Knowledge of a CRM / SAP or another ERP system is an advantage.
