Your responsibilities

Responsibilities Customer Order Specialist

  • Input of all the customer orders, marketing orders, sample orders, …within 24h.
  • Input subscription fee orders + invoicing.
  • Maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, including customers, by phone or via e-mail.
  • Analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Inform stakeholders and customers in case of delays.
  • Assign incoming mails to the right category.
  • Follow up on after sales issues assigned to order desk.
  • Answering stock questions of customers.
  • You follow our quality standards of service in relation to response time.

Responsibilities Logistics Assistant

  • Maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and transportation companies via phone or e-mail.
  • Monitor, adjust & track inventory levels with good accuracy.
  • Analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure that specific or dedicated shipments arrive on time and inform stakeholders in case of delays.
  • Ensure that shipments have all required documents (invoices/COO/….).
  • Prepare and present reports on logistics performance to the Logistics Manager.
  • Manage logistics budgets and ensure expenses are within budgetary constraints.
  • Optional Backup of the Warehouse Logistics Group Leader.
  • Follow up on transport related Aftersales issues.
  • Registration of export documents + follow up on missing documents.
  • Calculating/comparing transport costs (request of quotation if necessary).
  • You spot opportunities for digital improvement within the supply chain and take ownership to implement them.

Your profile

To be successful in this role, you understand what it takes to make a high-end brand better every single day. You have a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.Therefore, you should bring:

  • You have 2 years of experience in a logistics or order entree role.
  • Good knowledge of transportation regulations and procedures.
  • Understanding of customs regulations and international trade.
  • You can easily adapt to new systems and technology.
  • You are commercially oriented: friendly, enthusiastic, assertive, and driven.
  • You are able to set the right priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • You have good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Thorough language skills (Dutch, French, English) - verbal and written.
  • Excellent SAP skills.
