YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Strategy Development | Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business goals. Map out content across the entire marketing funnel —top, middle, and bottom — ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand voice.

Value Proposition & Storytelling | Develop and articulate strong value propositions and stories around our brand, products and services. Use these narratives to enhance our marketing efforts and improve customer engagement.

Lead Generation | Create and optimize content that supports lead generation and nurture flows, including high-value calls-to-action across all relevant platforms.

Copywriting | Produce compelling and persuasive copy that resonates with our target audience. Strong proficiency in English is required, with additional EU languages considered a plus.

Content Creation | Define high-quality, engaging content for a variety of formats, including whitepapers, webinars, guides, email communications, social media posts and landing pages. Ensure all content drives conversions and aligns with our lead generation goals.

Stakeholder Communication | Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including managing relationships with agencies and outsourced resources. Lead discussions on content strategy and production to drive alignment and success.

Project Management | Manage complex content projects from conception to completion. Oversee timelines, resources and deliverables to ensure successful execution, while effectively collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record in content marketing, project management and strategy development
  • Ability to map out content strategies and translate them into actionable plans with clear deadlines and deliverables
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are essential – other language is a plus
  • Experience in managing relationships with agencies and outsourced resources
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive complex projects from start to finish
  • Proven ability to create content that is not only informative but also conversion-driven, with experience in producing lead generation content, email campaigns, social media posts and landing pages
  • Ability to work constructively within a team and lead meaningful discussions on content strategy and execution
