We’re looking for a Product Support Officer to join Modular Lighting Instruments in Roeselare, Belgium.
What you’ll do
- You will be part of the commercial after sales team, aiming to have a clear communication towards the customers regarding:
- Quality issues via our online after sales tool.
- Technical-installation related requests.
- Equipped with a solid technical knowledge and experience, you will be focusing on the more complex technical questions or issues, which you will analyze to go back with an answer or solution.
- Your target audience is:
- Our resellers in different markets, but also installers/prescribers.
- Your colleagues in both customer service, after sales and sales department.
- You are a problem solver, eager to deep dive together with other members of the quality and R&D team.
What you’ll need
To be successful in this role, you understand what it takes to make a high-end brand better every single day. Therefore, you should bring:
- Solid electro-technical background.
- Knowledge of led technology, driver and dimming protocols, connected technology (Bluetooth, Zigbee), electrical installation is a pro, experience in lighting is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Solution-oriented and analytic thinking.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Knowledge Excel.
- Knowledge ERP package (SAP).
