YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordination large projects | You assist in large projects with external sales. You are part of creating the right proposal for a large project, offer product assistance and provide technical support
Commercial excellence | You will be -for specific projects- the first line contact to the architect/ designer/end customer, with a main focus on Belgium and Luxemburg. We expect you to spend on average 30% of your time visiting customers.
Stakeholder management | You have a direct connection with the different stakeholders of a project, via regular calls, teams calls or on site.
Project management | Close follow up for the projects you are working on from conception and quotation up to project completion. Oversee project timeline, product resources and other deliverables to ensure successful execution, while effectively collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILE
- Team-player mentality. Good commercial skills, as you will be dealing directly with partners, installers, architects etc.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, and an above average knowledge of French.
- Experience in lighting is a plus; interest in technology is a must.
- Proactiveness when it comes to project follow-up, internal coordination etc.
- Knowledge of a CRM / SAP or another ERP system is an advantage.
